Payment methods
The item purchased must be payed during the closing of the purchase transaction via Credit Card ( Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Aura, Poste Pay), Bankwire or Cash on Delivery.
Credit Card
Every Credit Card payment on our site is handled by PayPal with secure connection and no additional costs for our customers.
We remind you that you do not need a PayPal account to use the payment by credit card. Its enough to insert your own data when prompted.
The process is completely automatic and will take you back to our site once the transaction is complete. You will receive an email confirming the payment.
Remember to check you own data before sending your payment. will check and send the requested goods as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Bank wire accepts bank wire as an alternative payment method. We will email you our bank details during online purchase. Payment must be completed within 2 (two) working days from the order.
We remind customers using this payment method that after 3 (three) working days reserves the right to cancel the order. reserves the right to request additional payment if the amount charged does not correspond with the amount of the order. We will ship your order as soon as the payment arrives on our bank account.
Cash on Delivery
For Italy only, offers the possibility to choose Cash on Delivery as payment method. The payment is made by cash on delivery (the courier do not accept cheques nor gives change), and costs 5 euro for orders up to 516 euro. Over and up to 1000 euro (max limit for cash payments in Italy) the cost is 12 euro. If, for causes attributable to the customer, the outcome of a shipping payed by cash on Delivery is not successful reserves the right not to allow any other order with the same payment method.




Shipping costs – ITALY

Shipment to Italy are delivered by SDA Courier.

Shipments to Italyare free of charge, unless diffrently stated.

For disadvantaged ZIP codes/places (listed during the purchase process) an 8 euro extra is charged.

As required by Italian laws, every shipment is provided with official invoice which lists the costs (in Euros) of every single good purchased.



Shipping costs – EUROPE

Shipping in Europe are delivered by Export BOX courier.

For orders whose amount is less than or equal to € 350, shipping costs are 15. For orders above that amount shipping is free, unless diffrerently stated.

For shippments to Cyprus, Bulgary, Romany, Croatia, Turkey the shipping costs are 25 euros regardless of the total amount of the order.

As required by Italian laws, every shipment is provided with official invoice which lists the costs (in Euros) of every single good purchased.



Shipping costs - EXTRA EUROPE

Shipping to Extra Europe countries are delivered by Export BOX.

For orders whose amount is less than or equal to € 500, shipping costs are 25. For orders above that amount shipping is free of charge.

As required by Italian laws, every shipment is provided with official invoice which lists the costs (in Euros) of every single good purchased.



Delivery Time

Italy: 2/3 working days from order processing.
Europe: 3/4 working days from order processing.
Extra Europe: 6/7working days from order processing.
Russia: Average time for delivery is about 20 working days. If the Customs held the package for inspection, the delivery could require a longer time due to causes not attributable to


Shipping Date

Shipments are send from Sulmona by, from Monday to Friday excluding italian public holidays. Shipping times start from order processing including 24 hours for order preparation and actual shipping from our storehouse. Note that this process may take more time during sale period, when shipping can take up to 2/3 working days.
Orders made during weekends will be handled the following Monday. Orders made during holydays will be handled the following working day.


Order Status

Customers can receive information on their order status in their own account management page in the “Order history and details” section. Shipments will be delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm.


Shipping Traceability will send an email reporting the shipping number provided from SDA (Export BOX for international shipments) as soon as the order is shipped. Customers can follow their order status from their account page's control panel on The web page will show exact and updated movements of your shipment.


Authorized Shipment Delivery

Customers are asked to carefully inspect the package on delivery, before signing for receiving.'s packaging are carefully made and sealed with our protective duct tape. If for any reason the package looks tampered or the tape is not intact, we advice to reject the delivery or sign with reserve. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the local SDA office and contact clicking here.


Shipment Stock

SDA will automatically send a stock practice file to in the event that he delivery was missed, reporting the reason and requesting for instructions. The Customer can always see the stock practice file and his Order status directly from his personal account's control panel.
If the customer doesn't give any instructions, reserve the right to ask for merchandise return after three (3) working days.

A maximum period of 15 days of stocking at the nearest SDA office is scheduled, with stocking fees charged to the customer.
We would like to remind our customers that opening a stock practice file has a cost of 8 euro. Stocking fees are charged to the customer both for national and international shipping: from the 4th day on a minimum fee of 3 euros is applied while from the 5th day on a 0.50 euro daily fee is applied.


Pay in store 

With the Pay in Store service customers can purchase products online and pick them up directly in our stores:

Big Joe Boutique - Via Circonvallazione Orientale, 31 - Sulmona (AQ) if the merchandise war purchased in the "Big Joe" section
Cult! Easywear Outlet - Corso Ovidio, 69 - Sulmona (AQ) - if the merchandise war purchased in the "Outlet" section

not later than ten (10) days from online purchase date and not later than three (3) days if payed in store. We would like to remind our Customers that is not possible to try the purchased products at the store when picking them up. If merchandise is not compliant, it can be replaced not later than ten (10) working days from the pick date, using the RMA procedure explained in the RMA section.



The Customer must follow the normal RMA procedure from the “Order history and details” section found in his personal account page in order to ask for a RMA. For Pay in Store purchases its possible to ask for a merchandise substitution (or a online-only coupon of the same amount) returning the goods in two ways:
via courier as regular procedure or returning the products directly in our stores.

Returned products can't be replaced with different ones.



The standard procedure for RMA is the following


The original RMA tag need to be attached to the product with its own intact security wire.


The garments must not have been worn.


Customers must log into their personal account page and click on “Order history and details” not later than ten (10) days from merchandise delivery in order to ask for RMA. After selecting “details” of the order and a product to return, follow the instructions on the screen.


Once the RMA request has been received will send an email containing the RMA number and the address to which send the package. The customer must write the RMA number on the RMA tag attached o the garments he's returning.


The garments must be returned in the same conditions they were shipped the first time, carefully packaged.


The merchandise replacement must happen within five (5) days from's RMA confirmation. ensures that the garments on this site are in accordance to the images published herein and that all of them, are subject to inspection at the time of shipment and sent after checking that do not have obvious defects. In the event you encounter errors in shipments by, is required to follow the same instructions above. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before allowing returns for defective merchandise and bear the shipping costs for the return.


If the garments successfully pass inspections, will ship the items to the customer in return. will not accept returned items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of the returned goods, possibly establishing additional charges for the relisting of the returned items. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

RMA- Italy


RMA is free of charge, unless otherwise stated. offers the possibility of dispatching the returned goods by SDA courier: this service is for Italy only. In order to do this, call SDA customer assistance dialing (call costs: 14 euro cent per minute) and ask for a national pickup reservation with “carriage forward” giving details of the recipient (Big Joe S.r.l. - Via Circonvallazione Orientale, 31 - 67039 Sulmona (AQ)) and the sender (including preferred day and hour for pick up). The RMA for size replacement is free of charge. Requesting a voucher has a cost of 8 euros, which will be deducted from the voucher amount.



RMA – EU, Extra EU


The customer will be charged of the RMA cost, including local taxes and customs duties.


The compensation for the returned merchandise will be made by issuing a voucher.
Customers may ask for a color or size change. In both cases a new order needs to be made.
The goods to return must be sent to Big Joe S.r.l., Via Circonvallazione Orientale n.31, 67039 Sulmona, AQ – Italy.


We advice you to insure the shipment. The package travels at customers own risk therefore is not responsible for any dismays, damages or delays in the shipping to our storehouses.



Size replacement and Vouchers



All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by and must comply with all of the parameters listed in the RMA process. reserves the right to possibly establishing additional charges for the relisting of the returned items. These amounts will be determined after an assessment of conditions in which the garments will be returned.


Each item must be returned with all tags, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received along with the order.


All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and that should not have been in any way damaged and / or altered.


If the returned items successfully pass the inspection, the customer will receive a confirmation email by the's customer support.


If the customer asks for a size change in compensation for the return, the shipping will be free of charge for orders above 50 euros (Italy only) or above 350 euros for other European countries.


Change of size is possible only with a different size of the same item, if available. Only one merchandise replacement is allowed for any authorized return. You can not change the item with a different one. No refunds are provided but only vouchers.


Vouchers made as compensation for the return are valid for sixty (60) days and have to be entirely used on a single order of the same or higher amount.


Our products online price could be different from the price you will find in our stores and could be subject to special offer available online only.
We would like to remember you that we avalable the service "Pay In Store" allowing our customers to purchase goods online and pay it directly in our stores with online prices.
